Why subscribe?

I used to be a full-time education writer who created the HBCU Digest and Education News Flash. In 2021, I stopped reporting full-time and I now serve as the vice president of external affairs, communications & advancement at Howard Community College in Columbia, MD.

Education touches every industry, every community, every family, and every person. Access to it, quality of instruction, how its used to develop workforce and how it shapes political destiny are matters of concern for all of us.
